Dr. Jim Rhea, Chief Executive Officer, background includes sales and management experience in broadcasting; part owner of radio stations in Oklahoma; a professor and department head at Oklahoma State University. At Greenwood, he has worked with clients in manufacturing, insurance, broadcasting, utilities and other industries in setting up programs in leadership, customer service, assessment, eLearning and sales.

Jim has been a speaker and has done training at national and state professional association meetings.  He has also published several articles in the area of management and sales.  Jim is an active member in the Institute of Management Consultants, an active member and past officer of the American Society for Training and Development, an active member of the National Speakers Associate and an active member and current office of the Tulsa CEO Forum.

Dr. Jeanine Rhea is Managing Partner of Greenwood.  She is also Professor Emeritus in the Department of Management in the William S Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.  She taught at OSU from 1976-2004.  Dr. Rhea is a lecturer, researcher, and consultant in the areas of communication, learning transfer and women in business.  Her research interests have always been in the area of women in business, diversity, and communication.  In March of 20095, Dr Rhea was inducted in ot the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame.  Dr. Rhea was inducted into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame in October of 2007, the Top Fifty Women of the Year in Oklahoma from the Journal Record in 1998, the U.S. Small Business Administration Women in Business Advocate of the Year in 1997, Kenneth D. and Leitner Greiner Teaching Award in 1995, Outstanding Woman of the Year by the Cimarron Chapter of Business and Professional Women in 1982, Amoco Outstanding Teacher Award in 1980, and many others.

She is married to Jim Rhea; they have two daughters, a son, five granddaughters, a great grandson and two great granddaughter..
